Welcome to a Guide2Calm

If you find this site helps you then please pay it forward and donate to my GoFundMe campaign supporting the NHS

As I write this, we are currently in the middle of the Coronavirus Pandemic. This is not an easy time for anyone, and I wanted to contribute somehow, I am a Key worker but not in healthcare and there are a lot of very brave people risking their lives every day to keep us safe.

So what could I do? What could I bring to the table?

I am trained in a number of anti-Stress and anti-Anxiety techniques, and as a former Anxiety sufferer I know what works (or at least what works for me), why it works and I have personal experience of Anxiety and stress. This website gathers together my personal experience, knowledge and collects tools and techniques I have used, into one place in the hope that it will help you find some calm at this time of stress and worry, and hopefully help you develop a fear free life.
